Thanks for the link. You're correct, the Voices sections are zoned extras that currently go out to subscribers and into free newsstands on Thursday (and Saturday, for a few of them). These are in addition to the regular newspaper, and they are largely driven by community correspondents and have just a few dedicated S-R staffers. We did study the Tampa reorg quite a bit and thought there were a few ideas. One more noticeable one might be the "watchdog" reporting group. But we did not draw much more than that. Kate.
